Mentions Elizabeth Koonts, widow of Jacob Koonts, having a life estate in property so Court could not put Adaline Koonts in possession of land. In the metes and bounds is mention of a Sarah Koonts corner. (Sarah Koonts would have been the widow of Chapel John Koonts.) This means that the land had been previously surveyed.
