- Biography*: NORWOOD - Lyn (Trader) Scott of Norwood died on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at the age of 69.
Devoted wife of the late Arthur Scott. Beloved mother of Anne Cimon and her husband Ron Pellowe of Sharon, Sandra L. Davis and her husband Ian of Kentucky and Marylou McDermott and her husband James of North Attleboro. Loving sister of Dal Trader of California and Jonathan Trader of Watertown. Cherished grandmother of Daniel Cimon, Nicole Cimon, Ryan Cimon, Melissa McDermott and Patrick McDermott. Daughter of the late William and Helen (Hix) Trader. Former wife of Dick Sawkiewicz of Ashland.
A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., Norwood, MA 02062. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood.
Lyn was a graduate of Wellesley High School, Class of 1961. She was a member of the Monday Night Norwood Social Club Bowling League, and she also sold Avon products for many years.

- Biography*: Charles Coatsworth Potts, age 53, of Cornelius, died Sunday March 27, 2005 at Presbyterian Hospital. He was born March 2, 1952 in Cabarrus County, son of the late William Clarence Potts and Matilda Regan Potts. He was employed at the Nevins Vocational Workshop and loved to play baseball with his niece.
Funeral services will be conduct 3:00 P.M. Wednesday March 30 at Cornelius Presbyterian Church with Rev. J.E. Wayland Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. at Raymer Funeral Home.
Survivors are his sister Anne Chastaine and husband Charles of Cornelius, special nephew and best friend, Charles Chastaine, Jr., special nieces Melissa Chastaine and Shannon Bryson, and substitute Mother and Father, Buddy and Merle Robbins..
The family wished to extend a special thank you to Judy Knox who was always there for him and all the staff at the Huntersville Oaks, especially A.& C. Floor for their loving care of Charles during his residence..
