Rose Coble Taylor, formerly of the Ammon community, of Bladen County, died Monday, July 4, 2011, in Reed City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Reed City, Mi.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Flossie Coble; sisters, Billie Faye Evans and Ruth Smith Hufham; brothers, George Nelson Coble Jr. and Robert M. Coble; and a nephew Eric Edge.
Survivors include two sons, Andy Taylor of Chippewa Lake, Mi. and Brent Taylor of Paris, Mi; a daughter, Carl Taylor Sutton of Big Rapids, Mi; eight grandchildren; four brothers, David Coble of Whiteville, N.C., Carl Coble of Clayton, N.C., Earl Coble and Johnnie Coble, both of Ammon, N.C; and two sisters, Mary Frances Edge of Snow Hill, N.C. and Gloria Smith of Ammon, N. C; and many special nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, at Windsor United Methodist Church, located at 12863 NC Hwy. 242 N., Elizabethtown. - Birth*: Merla Rose Coble 'Rose' was born on 18 Apr 1951 at Roseboro, Sampson County, NC
