  State of North Carolina, Davidson County. Arehart Siseloff of the county and state aforesaid being of sound and disposing memory do make and publish this to be my last will and testament (to wit).
  
  First. It is my will and desire that my executors hereafter named to pay all my just debt and funeral expenses.
  
  2nd. I will and bequeath to my daughter Sally Delap, wife of John Delap, one negro girl by the name of Esther and five hundred dollars to her and her heirs forever in addition to what she has already received.
  
  3rd. I will and bequeath to my daughter Phebe Delap, wife of Daniel Delap, the sum of nine hundred and fifty dollars to her and her heirs forever in addition to what she already received.
  
  4th. I will and bequeath to my son Andrew D. Siseloff the sum of five dollars, in addition to what he has already received.
  
  5th. I will and bequeath to my son Alexander Siseloff the sum of five dollars in addition to what he has already received.
  
  6th. I will and bequeath to my son Joseph H.(?) Siseloff the sum of one dollar in addition to what he has already received.
  
  7th. I will and bequeath to my son John P. Siseloff my negro woman Rhoda in addition to what he has already received.
  
  8th. My will and desire is that my executor sell all my property at public sale and the proceeds of such sale be equally divided between my children, to wit, Sally Delap, Phebe Delap, Andrew D. Siseloff, Alexander Siseloff, Joseph H. (?) Siseloff, and John P. Siseloff share and share alike.
  
  9th. I nominate and appoint my son Alexander Siseloff and son-in-law John Delap my sole executors to this my last will and testament revoking and making null and void all other wills by me heretofore made whereof I have herunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal on the second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty.
