  Mr. WAGGONER was born at Lynchburg, Tennessee in 1869. He moved to Canadian in 1920. He was a member of the Christian Church for the greater part of his life, and was loved and respected by all who knew him.
  
  Left to mourn his death are his wife; four daughters: Miss Billie WAGGONER of Canadian, Mrs. E. B. BOMAR of Kingsport, Tennessee, and Mrs. Victor B. PENUEL and Mrs. Earl BARNARD of Phoenix, Arizona; one son: Lem D. WAGGONER of Sacramento, California; one sister: Mrs. Kate RICHARDSON of Mulberry, Tennessee; other relatives and a host of friends.
